Our Classes
Body Conditioning
The main focus of this class is toning. This class will include various pieces of equipment to squat, press and curl your way to the fittest version of yourself.
Circuits
Circuits will include various stations to challenge yourself. The stations will be a mixture of cardiovascular and toning exercises. As long as you are up for a challenge this class can be tailored to your ability. So, no need to worry if you are a circuit training newbie.
Yoga
Movement linked to the breath to develop flexibility and whole body conditioning. All levels are welcome to come along as the sessions will be tailored to your needs. Benefits include physical fitness: supple strength, core stability, improved posture and mental relaxation.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
HIIT classes are a full body, heart pumping, aerobic and strengthening workout. This interval based class will use full body strengthening exercises with high intensity cardio exercises intended to tone your body, improve your endurance and burn fat fast
Legs, Bums & Tums
This class is aimed at toning and strengthening those problem areas that some of us wish to improve on. A range of exercises will be used to focus on your legs, bums and tums.
Boxercise
Boxercise is a high-intensity exercise class that combines resistance training with aerobic exercise. Boxercise is non-contact; the emphasis is on knocking your body into shape.
