ROOM HIRE CHARGES

Having a Civil Wedding License means you can choose to hold your ceremony at Rushton Hall Hotel in our Drawing Room (maximum numbers 90 guests), when holding your Wedding Breakfast and evening Reception at Rushton Hall.

EXCLUSIVE USE OF HOTEL

Exclusive Use Weddings – Friday and Saturday

Exclusive Use Fee at £18,000.00 including civil ceremony room (if required) and all 45 bedrooms on a bed/breakfast basis for 2 guests per room (exclusive use applies from 2.00pm on the day of the wedding, check into the hotel bedrooms from 3pm)

The Oak Panelled Dining Room (up to 100 guests), the Great Hall (up to 160 guests), the Library (up to 80 guests) or the Pavilion (up to 200 guests) are all available for civil ceremonies with exclusive use.

PLEASE NOTE : Exclusive use does not include the Spa

Exclusive Use Weddings – Sunday

Exclusive Use Fee at £8,000.00 including civil ceremony room (if required) and 30 bedrooms on a Bed and Breakfast basis for 2 guests per room (exclusive use applies from 2.00pm, check into the hotel bedrooms from 3.00pm)

If more than 30 bedrooms are required, we can offer a special rate for the other rooms, please enquire for these rates.

Evening entertainment must be in the Cellar Bar or the Pavilion only.

CLASSIC WEDDING PACKAGE – Non Exclusive

Inclusive package offered for a minimum of 50 adult guests at a total price of £6000

Includes:-
Pavilion room hire
1 glass of sparkling wine per person
Wedding Breakfast
Hot Pork Rolls with Apple Sauce & Stuffing (served at 9.30pm)
1 glass of sparkling wine per person for toasts
½ Bottle of wine per person with Wedding Breakfast
Use of our Cake Knife
White Table Linen & Napkins
Bridal Suite in a Four Poster Bedroom
Finish time 11.30pm

Drawing Room may still be hired for Civil Ceremony at £500 room hire

Drinks Reception will be in the Courtyard (weather permitting) or in the Pavilion.

Additional guests over the 50 are charged at £80 per person (If numbers are below 50 the inclusive deal is not applicable and you will be placed back on our normal package)

ACCOMMODATION FOR WEDDING GUESTS

All Weddings are required to book 5 bedrooms as part of their wedding, excluding the bedroom included in your wedding package.

The 5 rooms will have 20% discount applied to them.

To minimise disturbance of other guests the 5 rooms are as follows.

Brides and Grooms are welcome to upgrade their complimentary wedding bedroom.

A further four bedrooms can be held for your guests with a 20% discount. Further bedrooms can be booked but will not be discounted.
