Accommodation Terms and Conditions

Check in time is from 3pm on day of arrival and rooms must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.

Spa facilities can be used by guests from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

All bedrooms and hotel rooms are non smoking. Failure to follow this may incur additional nights stay costs should the room not be suitable for resale. Further action may be taken against any guest smoking in a room.

A deposit of £50 per bedroom per night is required at the time of booking. Please note that deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

Bedrooms and Spa treatments cancelled within 48 hours of the date of the arrival are subject to a full cancellation charge.

Children swimming time – 4.00pm to 5.30pm and 9.00am to 10.30am. We regret children under 10 are not allowed in the Restaurant in the evening. Children High Tea is available at 5.45pm. Children High Tea menu is available at Reception, we request a pre-order by 4.00pm for this service.

All damage made to any of Rushton Hall’s property by a customer or his/her guests must be fully paid for.

We regret only food and drinks purchased at Rushton Hall Hotel can be consumed in the Hotel or its grounds.
